General Eisenhower, who has harshly rose above the ranks in his continuing career, is known as the ruthless leader who did anything to get the job done. His distaste for pirates can not be described in words alone, he hates the very idea of people who roam the seas, free of law, free of order, and free of consequences towards their careless act. In Fact, in many of the joint meetings, he has stated numerous amount of times how they were below humans beings, and should be put down like the dogs they are. Many times has this General shown such vengeful feelings towards these lowly criminals, no, these dogs. With his ruthless thinking, the general is not above making sacrifices for the good of many, if it means putting down one pirate dog at a time. Only the end goal, is the Generals goal, the means are nothing more than steps that must be taken to insure the world of a bright future, free from the dogs of the pirate underworld. His actions represent his alignment very much, from executing crew men at first sight of treachery, and destroying pirate vessels with captives. The General is not one for games when it comes down to dealing with the pirates.
No one has ever served in the marines with a stubborn mind set like the general, his actions and will are as powerful as his ruthlessness, and as well as his hateful passion towards pirates. Even his crew that serve under him, value their silence when under the command of the iron fisted War General. Out burst and the like he extremely hates, it is a form of disrespect, the crew knows of this all to well.
Order is something the General takes to heart with passion, which also in turn explains why he hates pirates with such a passion he has. He can't stand the thought of something above order, not working though law and justice. It gives him such a sick feeling that drives him to very impulsive acts of rage. This is General Eisenhower's greatest Strength, and greatest weakness. At times, his rage and vengeance can grant him complete focus to carry out his mission, while at others time it can rob him of his senses, make him sloppy at best. His ruthlessness does spawn from this, but does not cover the entire story to why he behaves as such, in fact, his environment is what truly explains his nature. As a boy, to his shame, he grew up in pirate port, where sex, murder, and drugs were an everyday thing. The hellish setting caused him to develop a deep hate for the likes of pirates, he was exposed to this at a young age.
